2 ½ cups Bob’s Red Mill All Purpose Flour mix
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
¼ cup tbsp olive oil
1 ½ cup rice milk
Stir dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together, add all at once to the dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened.
The griddle is hot when water drops “dance” on it.
Pancake is ready to turn when air bubbles are “popping” in the batter on griddle.
Turn the pancake (once is best) and cook other side.
Enjoy with non-dairy butter and syrup.
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1tsp Mapleine flavoring
Stir sugar and water together. Heat to boiling (do not let it actually boil). Remove from heat and add flavoring. Serve warm.
